The form must be mailed to the above address. No walk-in registrations allowed.

Entry Fee Individual $95.00 USD Two person team $190.00 USD ($95/person) Four person team $380.00 USD ($95/person) Corporate Division 3 Person Team $150 USD (requires a Major or Corporate team sponsorship) If your employer is a Major or Corporate sponsor, you will receive a $10 reimbursement from registration (Corporate level teams not eligible) Entry fees are not refundable. Entries postmarked by September 1 may deduct $10.00 per entry (corporate teams not eligible). The event is limited in size. Registration is on a first come first served basis.

Confirmation of Entry
Registrations will be confirmed by email upon receipt of payment. Checks will be deposited upon receipt until the event is filled. Entry fees received after event is full will be returned.

If you have participated in Tri-Quest before, you can earn a $10 finder's fee by being identified on a new participant's registration form. You can also earn a reimbursement by raising donations (see Pledge Drive page)
